Why doesn't any cleansing site show us real cleansers in action. The only one I found is at HPS-ONLINE.COM

Why doesn’t any of the other cleansing-fasting-detox-weight loss site have real people? Are the other sites real in their claims or are they fake just trying to sell me more products without any basis to their claims??
