I am fasting during the month of Ramadan and would like some tips on curving my cravings during daylight. I have never fast before, so what do you suggest I do when I began to feel hungry or light headed?

Salam alaikum, and Ramadan kareem.
This is my first Ramadan, and my first time fasting. How do you concentrate when you are in university/school without any "fuel"? What should I eat for suhoor and how much is appropriate?
Thank you.

Im Muslim, and for the next 30 days is our holy Month Ramadan, where we fast from sunrise to sunset (not eating or drinking anything). So my question is, is it safe to run/jog and lift wieghts after fasting for that period of time, since i go to the gym regularly
