I have a hard time fasting. Are there any good ways to stay motivated. what do you do?

I'm starting my 30 day juice 'fast' tomorrow and wanted to know if spring water, drinking water, or distilled water is best to use when diluting or just consuming water?
Also, does anyone have any good websites or forums they know of that has fasting discussions? No Islam sites please.
