I need tips on fasting…?
I wanted to do a fast and need to know what I can and can not drink. I also need some tips on curbing my hunger and what exercises I can do with out making myself too tired. Just to be clear, I am doing this because I can and I already its no good, blah blah blah, I don’t care Im going it anyway. So any tips would be helpful.
